From business process improvement to technical support for nonproliferation mission systems engineering and support, The Tauri Group provides vital advisory and assistance services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Nonproliferation Mission Systems, Arms Control, and Testing initiatives.
Our multidisciplinary team of experts helps DTRA develop and deploy the tools it uses for nonproliferation, compliance, verification, and monitoring activities. For example, The Tauri Group works on the Agency's Arms Control Information and Notification (ACIN) Program, which identifies and assesses emerging technologies and tools applicable to the broad spectrum of combating WMD. The Tauri Group is providing critical support to the Arms Control Enterprise System, a web-based data management system that manages U.S. assets worldwide, and the Inspection Planning Module (IPM), a web portal that enhances the agency's ability to support arms control treaty and WMD inspection as well as U.S. escort and monitoring activities and obligations. Customers include the COCOMs, JS, OSD, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, defense agencies, and the State Department.
The Tauri Group also provided technical assistance for development of two of DTRA's arms control software applications; the U.S. national Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS), managing data in the CONUS and Europe and the 55 Nation Integrated Notification Application (INA) for the international Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
